Poster presentation
We will have two poster sessions
Tuesday session 17,00-19,00
Your poster should be displayed from Monday morning on July 1st (Tuesday afternoon at the latest) until Tuesday July 2nd after the poster session.
For posters not removed after the postersession, we will remove them and they will not be saved
Thursday session at 17,00-19,00
Your poster should be displayed from Wednesday morning on July 13rd (Thursday afternoon at the latest) until Tuesday July 2nd after the poster session.
For posters not removed after the conference, they will not be saved
Allowed poster size: 70cm wide & 100cm high
Material to hang your poster will be available on site
