Information for speakers who will participate by link at ESVM.
Below you will find the instructions for speakers via Zoom.
You will present via Zoom and connect via the links below. We ask you to share and control your presentation your self when you have entered the Zoom room, but also to upload your Power Point-presentation to the dropbox just in case.
Please join the Zoom meeting no later than 30 minutes before your presentation. A technician will assist you in the Zoom Room.
If you rather send us a pre-recorded version of your presentation please upload it to the dropbox.
Deadline: Tuesday, October 4th.

We will save a PDF-file of your presentation (or your pre-recorded presentation) and it will be available to registered participants and members of the societies after the congress.
