CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION AND HOTEL
In case of cancellation received before may 12th, registration and accommodation will be refunded at 100%*
*a cancellation fee of 540 SEK excl. VAT is added
Transfer of registration and hotel booking to a colleague is done at a cost of SEK 280 excl. VAT.
HOTEL CANCELLATION
For cancellation contact MKON, not the hotel. The hotel receives name lists a few days before the start of the congress.
PAYMENT
You can choose to pay via invoice or via secure card payment with DIBS. MKON AB confirms and invoices incl. VAT. Payment terms are 30 days, but should reach MKON 30 days before the conference begins if you pay by invoice. Any refunds will be made after the conference.
In the event of an incorrectly stated invoice address, SEK 280 will be charged for the new address and resending of the invoice.
