Abstrac submission ar now closefInstructions for abstract submission for late news
We welcome all abstracts that cover any of the areas that are represented by the combination of IVC with
ICSS-17 (17th International Conference on Surface Science),
the ICN+T 2019 (The 2019 International Conference on Nanoscience + Technology), and NanoForum 2019.
We will have two sessions for late news oral contributions on Friday.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee.
Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website. Submission by any other means, such as mail or email, will not be accepted. Do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract. Abstracts must be prepared in English.
A confirmation with the abstract reference code will automatically be sent to the email address given when submitted.
Where to submit your late news abstract
What you will need to submit your abstract:
- Names and affiliations (organization, city, country) of all authors;
- Plain text abstract with at most 250 words
- Optional: Self-contained document with additional information (pdf, max. 2A4 pages, max 20 MB, with title, authors, figures, captions and references)
Additional information for the program committee (optional)
In addition to the plain text abstract (required), you may upload an optional, self-contained pdf file with up to two A4 pages of additional material (max. 20 MB). This will be used for additional information by the program committee, and you will be able to choose whether it will be made publicly available for download during the conference. The file should be self-contained with title, authors, and short abstract. You may include, for example, figures with captions, methods, and additional references.
Author notification will be sent out on June 15, 2019.
When your abstract has been approved you need to register to the conference in order to be able to present your abstract. If you do not register to the conference your abstract submission will be removed from the program.
Accepted abstracts will be made available on the conference website.
If you have any questions, please contact Oscar Berglund at MKON: firstname.lastname@example.org
